Six Pac (also known as Six-Pac) was a Pinball only competitor in Series 3 of Robot Wars. It was a six-wheeled plow with a top speed of 8mph, equipped with a lifting shovel at the front, slightly similar in design to that of Onslaught. Six Pac was the first robot to navigate the ramp in the pinball, and was quite successful in its run, placing an overall third out of ten contestants. Six Pac was widely considered as the only true competition to overtake Dominator until the Pinball was run by Razer which scored an impressive 210 points. Following Six Pac in joint fourth place was Crusader and Eye of Newt, who each scored only 90 points.

Six Pac and its team was unseen on the televised show, aside from Six Pac's Series 3 Pinball Warrior Tournament run, as the team failed to qualify for the main competition of the Third Wars, and did not enter any other series afterwards.

Six Pac, due to its six-wheel drive, was very nippy and agile. However, the robot suffered from temporary glitches in the system, costing it to suddenly stop several times whilst being run, this cost it both when it was trying to qualify for the main competition and in its Pinball run.

Robot History

Series 3

Six Pac failed to qualify for the main competition of the Third Wars, however, it did participate in the Pinball Warrior Tournament, that was filmed alongside the main competition. In its run, Six Pac first attacked the barrels to its right at the start. It then avoided Sir Killalot and hit the multiball release, before coming back down the course, and becoming the first robot to use the ramp, and clumsily drove into house robot Matilda. Six Pac then suffered from one of its tempory glitches and stopped right in front of the open 75 point target, and missed its chance to claim the points after the target was shunted over the arena side wall by Matilda. But Six Pac did manage to dodge around Sergeant Bash and hit the 50 point target instead. Six Pac then went through the car door gate, before being caught by Sir Killalot at the end, as cease was called to conclude the run. Six Pac completed the course with a more than respectable 135 point score. This means that Six Pac would've finished overall joint top with Razer if it had reached the 75 point target that was thrown over the arena side wall. But instead, Six Pac finished in third place out of 10 competitors overall, behind Razer (210pts) and Dominator (160pts).
