Raging Reality was Team Knightmare's entry for Series 6. It was very similar in design to its successor - Raging Knightmare - but it had a slight wedge shape, a triangular-shaped flipper and four ramming spikes on the front of the machine. Just like its predecessors - Knightmare and Spirit of Knightmare - Raging Reality was fully invertible, although it could also use its flipper to self-right. It reached the Heat Final of Series 6, losing only to Razer after throwing two robots out of the arena. It, true to the custom on Team Knightmare, fought in an annihilator, placing fifth, the poorest of the Knightmare team's annihilator results.
Raging Reality defeated Lambsy to qualify for Series 6, with Lambsy having defeated Reactor 2. Raging Reality was disassembled to become its successor, Raging Knightmare.

After the destruction of WASP and Brutus Maximus, Raging Reality had qualified from its first round battle. Not being outclassed by Razer, Raging Reality flipped the already-immobilised Brutus Maximus out of the arena. In the second round, it fought Tetanus 2 which saw Refbot fall into the pit. Unable to pit its immobile opponent, Raging Reality tossed Tetanus 2 out of the arena in a similar manner to its first round. However, the run ended when the robot was immobilisedby Razer in the heat final, taking severe damage from Matilda's flywheel, before being pitted.

Raging Reality also competed in Extreme Series 2, in the Annihilator. It flipped over Thermidor 2, who self righted. Then it snuck behind and flipped over the future champs Typhoon 2, who was not as lucky. Unable to right itself, Typhoon 2 was out, and Raging Reality moved through. However, it was eliminated in the second round having been immobilised and counted out seconds before Revenge of Trouble & Strife was pitted by Kan Opener.
