Heat C. Not much to say about.

Round 1[]

King Buxton (5) vs Blade[]

King Buxton (5) Blade
King b
Blade
Votes for King Buxton
  1. Blade's lawnmower thing on the front looks very susceptible to King B's forks, therefore the King should be able to do a Panic Attack style pitting on it. Even if not, King B will ram Blade into submission anyway.--Rammingspeed 10:05, August 9, 2010 (UTC)
  2. Blade gets flipped. RA2; aka Resetti's Replicas. (My Talk) 02:16, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  3. One is invertible and the other is not. Easy decision. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 09:39, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  4. I can see where ManU is coming from, but King B has the speed and experience, King B through on aggresion and some dnets in Blade's armour. Llamaman201 (talk) 15:26, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
Votes for Blade
  1. Assuming Blade's blade works like it did for a while against Spike, this wil be a close tussle. King B has the edge on pushing power, but Blade would have the more potent weaponry. King B has never flipped anything over, and the tips of King B's lifting spikes will surely go (like they did in its real first round fight), and I don't even need to mention the exposed tyres. King B will try to gain points by pushing Blade into some CPZs, but Blade could possibly escape the house robots without too much damage and fight back. If Blade can just avoid the pit, then, the number 5 seed goes, although i'm the only person who will think this. ManUCrazy (talk) 14:24, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  2. I think that I agree with this. Helloher (Death is not my phone number) 12:08, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
Winner: King Buxton (5) (4-2)

Axios vs Wild Willy[]

Axios Wild Willy
Axios
Wild willy
Votes for Axios
  1. I think Axios has the upper hand here. I think it probably could pit its opponent. Helloher (Death is not my phone number) 12:08, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
Votes for Wild Willy
  1. Ah, a good old tussle here. I think Willy can repeatedly punctuate the top of Axios to win on a Judges' Desicion.--Rammingspeed 10:05, August 9, 2010 (UTC)
  2. Neither is very damaging but Wild Willy is more aggressive. Wild Willy goes through. RA2; aka Resetti's Replicas. (My Talk) 02:16, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  3. Wild Willy has more power. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 09:39, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  4. Wild Willy is basically Cyrax (a decent machine) without the flipper. Axios' tongue and overhead spike look grand, but are what the most of the world call "useless". Wild Willy takes it on agression, if it doesn't pit Axios. ManUCrazy (talk) 14:24, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  5. Wild Willy is through here. Llamaman201 (talk) 15:26, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
Winner: Wild Willy (5-1)

Evil Weevil vs Zeus[]

Evil Weevil Zeus
Evilweevil
Zeus
Votes for Evil Weevil
  1. Zeus is a perfect shape for the weevil to get underneath and shove around. Zeus pitted, again.--Rammingspeed 10:05, August 9, 2010 (UTC)
  2. Zeus is the same shape as Chaos and twice as easily to flip. No way it stays upright more than a minute. RA2; aka Resetti's Replicas. (My Talk) 02:16, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  3. Zeus broke by driving around. Evil Weevil wins. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 09:39, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  4. Evil Weevil will dump Zeus into that pit. ManUCrazy (talk) 14:24, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  5. Zeus is never going to win this. Llamaman201 (talk) 15:26, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  6. I concur whith what has been said above. Helloher (Death is not my phone number) 12:08, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
Votes for Zeus
Winner: Evil Weevil (6-0)

S.M.I.D.S.Y vs Bulldog Breed[]

S.M.I.D.S.Y Bulldog Breed
Smidsy
Bulldog Breed
Votes for S.M.I.D.S.Y
  1. Had this been any other time in Robot Wars I would've picked the bulldog. But here, I think S.M.I.D.S.Y has the capabilities to ram it around the arena, eventually into the pit.--Rammingspeed 10:05, August 9, 2010 (UTC)
  2. Bulldog Breed has no useful weapons, Smidsy just pushes it as it pleases. RA2; aka Resetti's Replicas. (My Talk) 02:16, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  3. By far the worst appearance of both machines, with neither doing much in the way of moving. However, whilst SMIDSY was disabled by the spike, Bulldog Breed just plain broke. SMIDSY wins. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 09:39, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  4. Bulldog Breed without a flipper? SMIDSY almost the same as in Series 4 and 5? SMIDSY wins. ManUCrazy (talk) 14:24, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  5. Yep any other bulldog, not this one, SMIDSY are through. Llamaman201 (talk) 15:26, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
  6. SMIDSY is better here. Helloher (Death is not my phone number) 12:08, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
Votes for Bulldog Breed
Winner: S.M.I.D.S.Y. (6-0)

Round 2[]

Evil Weevil vs Wild Willy[]

Evil Weevil Wild Willy
Evilweevil
Wild willy
Votes for Evil Weevil
  1. Toughest yet, but due to Wild Willy's high wedge and the fact that it has no baseplate, I'm back the weevil to ram Willy around the arena, maybe dislodging a motor in the process. Also, I'm not even sure if Willy's axe can reach it; it's that low.--Rammingspeed 16:36, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
  2. Evil Weevil can probably get under Wild Willy and tip it over. Llamaman201 (talk) 10:16, August 13, 2010 (UTC)
  3. Easy tip over for Evil Weevil. Helloher (Death is not my phone number) 16:27, August 30, 2010 (UTC)
Votes for Wild Willy
Winner: Evil Weevil (3-0)

King Buxton (5) vs S.M.I.D.S.Y[]

King Buxton (5) S.M.I.D.S.Y
King b
Smidsy
Votes for King Buxton
  1. King Buxton can easily win here; it's basically a better version of its foe. Better lifter, better armour and more reliable. S.M.I.D.S.Y immobilized or pitted.--Rammingspeed 16:36, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
  2. King B is the better robot here, it rams SMIDSY around and into the pit. Llamaman201 (talk) 10:16, August 13, 2010 (UTC)
  3. I concur. Helloher (Death is not my phone number) 16:27, August 30, 2010 (UTC)
Votes for S.M.I.D.S.Y
Winner: King Buxton (5) (3-0)

Final[]

King Buxton (5) vs Evil Weevil[]

King Buxton (5) Evil Weevil
King b
Evilweevil
Votes for King Buxton
  1. I wasn't really to impressed with Evil Weevil anyway. I think King Buxton has the speed and agility to poke and pry. To win on the judges by aggresion and possibly damage. Llamaman201 (talk) 09:26, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
  2. I see pros and cons for both robots, but I reckon due to its speed advantage KB will get in more attacks and prevail on the judges side of things. Helloher (Death is not my phone number) 10:42, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
  3. Evil Weevil has got to be the slowest 6-wheel-drive bot I've ever seen. It's not as maneouverable as King B, all King B has to do is continuously broadside it to win on the judges' decision. RA2; aka Resetti's Replicas. (My Talk) 18:09, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
  4. King Buxton to drive on top of Evil Weevil and slice away at the antenna, immobilising Evil Weevil. Datovidny (talk) 17:07, August 25, 2011
Votes for Evil Weevil
  1. I'm going to go against what I suspect to be the majority here, and take a stab at Evil Weevil to make the semi-finals. Two robots, both actually semi-finalists, will make this battle a tough one. The thing that swung me is that Evil Weevil is in principle a larger King Buxton, and everyone knows size means everything on Robot Wars. The Weevil through. Matt(Talk) 08:52, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
  2. Evil Weevil has far too low a ground clearance for King Buxton to get in under and King Buxton too high for its own good. Also, Evil Weevil is very difficult to push around and King Buxton at this time is... not the most reliable 'bot in the world. Either Evil Weevil will pit King B or King B will go mental and break down. /Middle_Eye\(talk) 19:09, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
Winner: King Buxton (5) (4-2)

King Buxton, our number five seeds encounter some trouble towards the end, but still do enough to take the win. Matt(Talk) 16:28, August 25, 2011 (UTC)
